The cost for a birthday
hall hire is £25 per hour (min 2 hours).

Our lounge workspace is located on the ground floor and is accessible.
The room has soft seating and can be set up for 12 people.
Maximum capacity for this room is 12.

Our rental office space is located on the ground floor and is accessible.
The space is available for two people to work independently with and internet access

MEETING SPACE
Our main meeting space is located on the ground floor and is accessible through double doors.
It can be set up in a number of different ways depending on your needs.

You will receive booking conformation via email which will include the fee and bank details to make payment.
Payment MUST be made in full 14 days before access and payment for this booking is NOT transferable and NOT refundable.
Any damage to the premises in connection to this booking will be the responsibility of the named person on this form to meet all the associated costs (damage, security, staffing etc).
For bookings brining in their own services (example: DJ, entertainer, speaker, catering or any other services) STARPIC PROJECT are not responsible for any public liability and the named person in this booking will be fully responsible. We may ask for proof of insurance from your service provider or any other professional cover required.
